We are delighted to announce that regular creative classes are now available at the artist's studio nestled in a gorgeous scenic location between three of the most magnificent mountains in the heart of Lewis County.
Comfortable camping accommodation is available for you to enjoy a complete creative retreat experience. With plein air painting and sketching, hiking and so much more to do as you absorb some of the most breathtaking scenery here. Welcoming students of all ages and abilities, artist C J Elsip combines a versatile, inspirational and intuitive approach with an extensive variety of effective drawing and painting techniques, encouraging you to stretch the boundaries of both creative medium and mind to discover, explore and develop your own personal, creative language.
Through hands on demonstration and individual guidance, discover time-honored, traditional and experimental drawing and painting techniques as you are guided on a fascinating creative journey of light, color, composition and depth. C J Elsip specialises in oil painting, but is experienced in a wide range of materials, so you can also work in acrylic, watercolour as you wish.

Choose your own subject matter, medium, palette and painting ground. C J Elsip will guide and advise you step-by-step through planning, use of materials, colour mixing and ultimately creating your very own masterpieces in your own unique style.
Class scheduling is very flexible when you register for multiple classes, and any unused tickets may be rolled over into future sessions with no expiration. Register for your first class date online below - and then please schedule future class dates directly with the artist at least 7 days in advance, at class or by email: cj@cjelsip.com

• GROUP CLASS: Bi-weekly classes are generally held 3-5pm on Sundays are limited to just 6 students to ensure maximum individual attention. Alternative times may also be arranged.
